Armen Shahverdyan is the Chief Operating Officer at PCT Lab Research. Before joining PCT Lab Research, he managed a genetic testing distribution company and software development firms. He also worked as a consultant for major European companies and the World Bank.

Mr. Shahverdyan served as an Expert at the European Commission’s DG Research Unit (Brussels, Belgium). He also researched ICT infrastructure of Eastern European Countries at the Harvard Center for International Development (Cambridge, MA, USA). Mr. Shahverdyan holds a Master in Public Administration degree from Harvard University (Cambridge, MA USA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute (Armenia).
